I would say Adam who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic through out the booking he initially phoned me and I had said that I’m phoning round to get the best deal possible and agreed with him to call back later. To his word he phoned me after 2 PM and asked if I had made a decision, I went through various options with him and was so impressed by his approach I booked with him even though I had already made a booking with another travel agent and lost my deposit of £100. The booking he made was same price if not slightly more but it was Adam that took the incentive and got the deal done. He’s a credit to your company and if he ever need a change in his career I would get him to work for me without hesitation. I will book through him again 200% as we plan to go to Goa in December. I hope he is recognized by your company and once again thank you very much for all your guidance.

There are lots of online fraud around, they don't disclose their identity. They entice you with lower price and receive payment. When it comes to booking and ticket stage they will reveal the actual price and you have no choice than to pay and end up in paying an expensive fare.

Hello Glen Sorry I wasn’t able to get back to you earlier as I’ve been tied up with Mr Evans and all the hospital appointments. I’m just emailing to thank you and Kamal for all your assistance and bookings which went well. I realise a lot of effort that was put into all the bookings. On the whole we were very pleased with the efficient way you dealt with our holiday. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends for any holidays. There was just one episode of us having to wait over 45 minutes for our onward journey from Aleppy to Kollam. I think this was the fault of the Driver who was either sleeping or could not be bothered to come and find us even though we were at the Collection Point. Can you please apologies to Kamal on my behalf as I think I was quite short with him that day due to Mr Evans falling on the boat and then us waiting for an hour before the Driver was found by other Passengers and Drivers. All the people who served us on the boat and the Hotel were excellent and again I thank you for your choice in both. Also to Kamal who was our Rep in Kollam and kept in touch to get things sorted speedily.
